Tobacco is one of the most addictive substances. It can be difficult to quit, often taking multiple tries. Quitting smoking is one of the best things you can do to improve your health.

There are over 7000 chemicals in cigarettes and hundreds of those chemicals are harmful to your health. Tobacco can harm almost every organ in the body. Smoking increases a preson's risk of cancers in the following organs:
